This room is where you will find the reception desk and the exhibitors with the maps and activities in the area.

Here there is also a water dispenser, available 24 hours a day.
It has 2 toilets, flat screen TV, Play Station, wifi connection, piped music and board games.

The house has an exterior extension of about 10 thousand square meters.
Here you can enjoy different garden areas, furniture for relaxation, such as sunbeams and rockers, 2 terraces with wrought iron tables and chairs, as well as their respective umbrellas, a children´s area with swings and a slide, different fruit trees (orange, lemon, pear, a cherry tree...) and a rustic-style fountain that welcomes travelers at the gate from which the house is accessed by car.
In addition, it has a private parking with shaded areas in summer, several water points (with tap and/or hose) to wash the car or rinse the swimsuits on the way back from the beach, as well as clotheslines to hang swimsuits and towels.
